'PantryCraft' initiated with a quaint aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza place was originally a modest, kin-run venture, preserving recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journey through Italy, mentoring with distinguished pizzaiolos in Naples—the origin of pizza. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of real Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.
From a quaint 12-seater eatery to a cherished neighborhood landmark, our dedication to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We continually employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the best ingredients accessible.
Continuing as a family enterprise, 'PantryCraft' is now steered by the second-generation Bianchis, with the same zeal. Though we've adopted new improvements, the essence of our trade remains unchanged: creating appetizing, authentic pizza that unites everyone.
